Should you need to return an order, a credit or refund will be issued the same day we receive the returned goods. All customers returning orders must do so within 15 days of receipt of products to receive a full refund.
Returned products must be intact, unopened and in the original packaging. A re-stocking fee for all products may be imposed for opened products, or for those missing pieces. Original outbound and return inbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All orders placed before 7pm Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. Shipping will vary depending on your shipping address and service delivery. We ship primarily using FEDEX, but may utilize other shipping companies to save you time and money when appropriate. All orders are shipped 100% complete unless otherwise specified.
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the USA are not eligible for free shipping and freight will be prepaid and added to the order total.
