Shipping
Orders placed before 7pm ET (4p PT) will be shipped the same day. We ship FEDEX ground, but may utilize other carriers to expedite delivery.
From the date your order is place, expect to receive it:
West Coast: 1-2 days
Southwest: 2-3 days
Mid West: 3-4 days
East Coast: 4-5 days
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the USA are not eligible for free shipping. Freight will be prepaid and added to the order total. Call for freight quote to AK and HI, please.
Return Policy
Should you need to return an order, a credit or refund will be issued within 5 days after we receive the returned goods. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of products to receive a full refund.
Returned products must be intact, unopened and in the original packaging. A re-stocking fee for all products may be imposed for opened or missing products or damaged packaging. All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email, once we've received and processed your return. Or call 877-253-6449, M-F 6a-4p PT, and we can process your return.
