Returns Policy

Should you need to return an order, a credit or refund will be issued within one week of our receipt of the returned goods.  All customers returning orders must do so within 30 days of receipt of products to receive a full refund. 

Returned products must be intact, unopened and in the original packaging.  A re-stocking fee for all products may be imposed for opened products, or for those missing pieces. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping 

All orders placed before 5 pm Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day.  Shipping will vary depending on your shipping address and service delivery. We ship primarily using UPS, but may utilize other shipping companies to save you time and money when appropriate.  All orders are shipped 100% complete unless otherwise specified. 

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the USA.
